After a 12-year-on-and-off-again battle with an eating disorder, I said enough was enough. In 2009, I watched a fitness model on YouTube who improved my life. Although I had many setbacks in trying to end my eating disorder and depression, I was slowly developing a passion for the fitness and health industry. Around that time of personal development, I discovered indoor cycling and knew I had to dive in and never turn back. I eventually moved from my hometown of Orlando, FL, to New York City to train as a SoulCycle instructor. After training, I was positioned in Tampa, FL, as a founding instructor for SoulCycle Tampa and soon became a Lululemon Ambassador, a dream come true. Shortly after the pandemic, our studio was impacted by closure, and I knew it was my time to start planning my own business with my approach.

I want to create a community that feels intimate and personal. I want to serve classes that have a low impact on the body and are challenging to people with different backgrounds. The beauty of cycling is that it is for everyone, injuries and all. My focus is to have classes that you look forward to practicing with an instructor you trust.

Seeing my clients grow in confidence and strength is why I chose this career path. My goal as a coach is to help you unleash your inner athlete and gain mental endurance. It is an honor to have a career as a coach to train people to look good and feel good in their bodies.
